Cute staff made our stay more pleasant.
The room was small and the bathroom's open layout felt awkward, lacking sufficient privacy. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. It felt stifling. We found the bed to be excessively firm, worsened by our discomfort in the cramped space.

Situated literally a couple of hundred yards away from the Place de la Comedie (the main square) the major shopping plazas and the old town, it is ideally situated. The facilities are modern and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
I was surprised to find a small section of an already cramped room partitioned of for the shower/W.C. facility, separated by a semi-opaque glass wall only. Whilst quite 'modern' in appearance, I would imagine that a younger couple, possibly on their first romantic break together, would be aghast by the fact that you could quite easily discern your partner using the facilities. No place for the modest! (though I personally found it quite amusing).

Central to the Place de la Cirque.
A liitle far from the railway station than I had thought.

Exploring Montpellier was a delightful experience, thanks to the easy access to the city center, where attractions like the Place de la Comedie and Musée Fabre are just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the lobby and breakfast area was impressive, and I appreciated the appealing breakfast selection that helped kickstart my days. I did find the room quite small, and the open bathroom layout was a bit unconventional for comfort.

The Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the room was small but very comfortable. Fantastic bed! Breakfast was good value for the money and offered many options. The shops were only a short walk from the hotel so it is in a convenient area.
We found the breakfast staff rather unfriendly and uncommunicative.

convenient access to city center, appealing public spaces, electric vehicle charging stations
The bathrooms offer no privacy with an exposed layout!!! The air conditioning could be far more effective, and the room size is uncomfortably cramped!!! An upgrade in decor and amenities would significantly enhance the experience!!!

Location and price
Very small rooms, tiny wardrobe space, not suitable for our stay of 7 nights or, based on our experience, any extended stay as there was no space for our suitcases. I suggested to staff that replacing the massive TV with a smaller moded and increasing wardrobe space would be beneficial. There was no fridge in the room, so no possibility to have cold drinks in the room, which would have been useful as the temperature was 28 - 30 degrees while we were there. The parking facility is dreadful. Small garage, tiny spaces and pillars everywhere. It is also difficult to enter and leave, especially if there is another car trying to enter or leave either the Ibis of the other garages.

The location is good, very close from the centre. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
The toilette is open so no intimacy if you are sharing room with someonelse. I could't leave the car in the parking. It was full. I was told to leave the car in the shopping centre nearby which is more expensive.
